The house
Arches, shade and the sound of the village.
Fanouris Condo was designed and built in 1986 by our father, Fanouris, in Kamari, the village created after the 1956 earthquake. Its white walls, blue frames and four apartments remain true to his original design.
It sits in the centre of Kamari, on a quiet lane a short stroll from the seafront promenade — close to everything, removed from the noise. The house is for adults only, so the pace stays slow.

Four identical apartments, each 35 m², dressed in the house's island style: white walls, oak and blue frames. Each has a separate bedroom, a living area with a built-in daybed, a full kitchenette, a microcement bathroom and a private balcony.
